8 Pride κέικ του Instagram που θα λιγουρευόμαστε αυτό το περήφανο ΣΚ

Αυτό το Σάββατο δεν είναι σαν και τ’ άλλα. Είναι ξεχωριστό. Αυτό το Σάββατο, όπως και όλο το Σαββατοκύριακο, όπως και όλη η βδομάδα που διανύουμε είναι αφιερωμένη στο Athens Pride. Το φετινό της θέμα είναι ιδιαιτέρως σημαντικό, καθώς συμπληρώνονται 50 χρόνια από την εξέγερση στο Stonewall Inn. Όμως κάθε χρόνο είναι σημαντικό το Pride, όχι μόνο της Αθήνας αλλά όλου του κόσμου κι απ’ ότι φαίνεται οι επίδοξοι ζαχαροπλάστες του Instagram εμπνέονται από τα χρώματα του εικονικού ουράνιου τόξου και δημιουργούν φανταστικά κέικ και τούρτες. Μαζέψαμε λοιπόν τα 8 αγαπημένα μας, που είναι τόσο όμορφα να τα κοιτάς όσο και -σίγουρα- να τα γεύεσαι και σου τα παρουσιάζουμε. Για να γίνει αυτό το εορταστικό Σ/Κ ακόμα πιο γλυκό!

1. Μόνο “αγάπη” γι αυτό το πανέμορφο buttercream cake από merri.bakes. Άξιζε η -ομολογουμένως- μπόλικη ώρα που πρέπει να έφαγε με το κορνέ.

2. Η bakeologist_ μας λέει ότι αυτή η τούρτα δεν ήταν τέλεια όπως θα ήθελε, αλλά την πόσταρε ούτως ή άλλως για να τιμήσει το Pride. Δεν μπορώ καν να φανταστώ πως είναι η δική της “τέλεια”!

Because Pride month is so special to me, I had to go all out for the #pridebakecollab! This double macaron fault line cake took me two days to put together… I hope you all love it as much as I do. This cake is dedicated to everyone who has come out, wants to come out or has supported someone in their journey of coming out. In the words of Harvey Milk: “Every gay person must come out. There are so many more creations to check out, so follow #pridebakecollab for updates! . . . This cake was inspired by @depressedcakeshop colorful insides and @dreamdoughco’s concrete buttercream ! It’s almost a foot tall and is made up of 7 layers of funfetti cake, filled and wrapped with vanilla Swiss meringue buttercream. For support, there’s 6” cardboard rounds above the macaron layers and dowels in the middle for stability. If you ever need tips on how to achieve this style, DM me!
