10 απολαυστικά γλυκά για όσ@ νηστεύουν, που θα αγαπηθούν όμως από όλ@
Αν είσαι κι εσύ ανάμεσα σε αυτ@ που αυτήν την περίοδο αποφεύγουν τα ζωϊκά παράγωγα στη διατροφή τ@, τότε ενδεχομένως έχεις αναρωτηθεί πώς θα συνεχίσεις να απολαμβάνεις τις αγαπημένες σου γεύσεις ή αν θα καταφέρεις να βρεις ένα πραγματικά νόστιμο γλυκό, που τόσο λιγουρεύεσαι, αποφεύγοντας να περιέχει αυγά, βούτυρο ή γάλα. Η ζωή όμως συγχωρεί τους γλυκατζήδες και γι’ αυτό έχει πάντα –μα πάντα– χώρο για ένα καλό γλυκό. Σήμερα λοιπόν συγκεντρώσαμε δέκα γλυκά που θα αγαπήσεις για την απλότητά και την νοστιμιά τους. Plant-based ή νηστίσιμα, πες τα όπως θες· θα βρουν σίγουρα τη θέση τους στο τραπέζι και στην καρδιά σου και θα αγαπηθούν από όλ@ όλον τον χρόνο.

1. Σιμιγδαλένιος χαλβάς αμυγδάλου, με μέλι αντί για ζάχαρη
Το γαλατένιο σιρόπι παίρνει όλη τη γλύκα του αποκλειστικά από το μέλι και σε συνδυασμό με την κανέλα και το καβουρδισμένο αμυγδαλάκι, κάνουν κάθε μπουκιά σκέτη απόλαυση. Είναι υπέροχο γλυκό τελικά ο σιμιγδαλένιος χαλβάς κι ας τον είχα υποεκτιμήσει! Συνταγή εδώ.
2. Σοκολατένιος χαλβάς με πορτοκάλι & τραγανό topping ξηρών καρπών
Φινετσάτος και ελαφρύς, με τη λεπτή γεύση του καβουρντισμένου σιμιγδαλιού που λιώνει στο στόμα, ερωτεύσιμα αρωματικός και φυσικά vegan από γεννησιμιού του. Συνταγή εδώ.
3. Κουλουράκια λαδιού με μέλι, κανέλα & σουσάμι
Σκουρούτσικα κουλουράκια με ζεστά μπαχαρικά και γήινη επίγευση λαδιού. Έτσι είναι αυτά τα πολύ απλά, πολύ νόστιμα λαδοκούλουρα με χυμό πορτοκαλιού, κρασί και μπόλικο άρωμα κανέλας και γαρίφαλου. Συνταγή εδώ.
4. Μπισκότα ολικής με χαρουπόμελο & ταχίνι: πανεύκολα, χωρίς ζάχαρη & plant based
Υπέροχα με τον καφέ ή το τσάι, υπόσχονται να σε γλυκάνουν χωρίς να σε λιγώσουν. Συνταγή εδώ.
5. Soft cookies κανέλας με μέλι
Το σπίτι σου θα μυρίσει υπέροχα και στο τέλος θα ανταμειφθείς με μαλακά, αφράτα cookies, αρωματικά από την κανέλα και ολόγλυκα από το μέλι. Συνταγή εδώ.
6. Ρυζόγαλο με πορτοκάλι
Αυτό το ρυζόγαλο περιέχει μπόλικο πορτοκάλι, χυμό και ξύσμα και υπέροχη κρεμώδη υφή που προκύπτει από το αργό, υπομονετικό μαγείρεμα, σαν να έφτιαχνες ριζότο. Αξίζει όμως αυτή η υπομονή γιατί στο τέλος ανταμείβεσαι με μια σωστά χυλωμένη κρεμούλα που θα σε γλυκάνει χωρίς να σε λιγώσει. Συνταγή εδώ.
7. Casual κέικ ταχινιού χωρίς ζάχαρη, αυγά ή βούτυρο (πανεύκολο!)
Απλό, ταπεινό και συνάμα τόσο πλούσιο από την έντονη γεύση ταχινιού. Όχι πολύ γλυκό, έτσι που να μπορείς να το μασουλήσεις για πρωινό χωρίς να νιώθεις ότι τρως επιδόρπιο. Συνταγή εδώ.
8. Κέικ χαρουπιού με ρούμι & σταφίδες
Αυτό το σκουρούτσικο casual κέικ με χαρουπάλευρο έχει μοναδικό άρωμα, σωστή υγρασία στην υφή και βαθιά γήινη γεύση, ενώ καθώς περνούν οι μέρες γερνάει ωραία. Είναι το κέικ που λιγουρεύεσαι από νωρίς το πρωί γιατί ξέρεις ότι δεν θα σε λιγώσει. Συνταγή στο GREEN ΚΟΥΚΜΠΟΥΚ.
9. Σοκολατόπιτα χωρίς αυγά ή αλεύρι & με 1 μυστικό συστατικό
Μια “ενήλικη” σοκολατόπιτα με πολύ έντονη bitter σοκολατένια γεύση! Τώρα που σε προειδοποίησα, μπορείς να την δοκιμάσεις… Συνταγή εδώ.
10. Το πιο αφράτο κέικ ταψιού με ταχίνι & σοκολάτα
Αυτό το κέικ είναι πανεύκολο. Και σε ανταμείβει με την υπέροχα αφράτη -με σωστή υγρασία- υφή του και τον ακαταμάχητο συνδυασμό ταχινιού και σοκολάτας. Συνταγή εδώ και στο GREEN ΚΟΥΚΜΠΟΥΚ.
